Step 1: Application

Step 2: Documentation

Provide all the necessary documentation and we’ll get your business set up in the UAE. This includes:

• Company name


• Business activity(s)
  (attached PDF if you need)


• Company business activity description(s)
  (3-4 lines per activity)


• Colour copy of your passport
  Passport must be valid for at least another 6 months, and have at least 2 full blank pages


• Contact details for each shareholder:
  - Residence address
  - Correspondence address
  - Email address
  - Contact Number


• Person in Charge: Essentially, who will be the PIC/Managing director. This is normally the same at the shareholder.

Step 3: Trade licence

We’ll work with our partner Virtuzone to marry your requirements with over 40 UAE free zones to find the one that best suits your needs. You’ll then receive your company trade license – the legal process for establishing a tax-free business in the UAE.

Step 4: Bank account application

We’ll guide you through the corporate account application opening process. We work with a variety of banks both inside the UAE and internationally and, with your authorisation, can open an account for you without a physical meeting or the need to sign in person.

Step 5: Bank account approval

We’ll be in touch as soon as your bank account application is approved – you’re now in business!
